Delivery

Any date or period for delivery will be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to fulfill standard delivery orders within 5 working days and named day deliveries on the specified day.

Standard delivery orders containing items weighing 5kg or more may take longer to arrive.

Deliveries to remote or rural postcodes may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive, this includes next day delivery.

We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by our suppliers, or any other third party.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Goods for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient.


Acceptance

You will inspect products within 7 Days after their receipt and you will be deemed to have accepted the products unless you notify us that you want to cancel your order or you notify us that the products are faulty.

If no such action is taken, we will consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose, and may not accept any rejection or cancellation at a later date. Your statutory customer rights are not affected.

Returns and Faulty Goods

If you wish to cancel your contract you are required to inform us within 7 days of receipt. We will not issue a refund if item does not return in unopened, unused and totally resalable condition. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item. You will not receive a refund of the original delivery charge.

The refund of items returned damaged will be judged on a case by case basis. Refund will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods. Buckles Express will not take responsibility for the cost of returning this item.

If you wish to cancel your contract before dispatch of the item we require notification within one working day of order. If we are notified after the item has already been dispatched (after 1 working day) the customer will be responsible for returning this item at their own cost.

Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited by us from your payment card will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible.

Please pack the items so that they will not be damaged in transit. Include a copy of the packing note included in the package we sent to you and a brief note of the reason for return.

If you receive the incorrect item we are unable to issue a resend of the correct item until the item sent in error is returned in unopened, unused and totally resellable condition. We will issue a returns label with a carrier of our choosing and the customer may be required to drop the parcel at a local ParcelShop. Buckles Express will be unable to take responsibility for the cost of any item sent back with any other courier.

Refund or resend will only be issued upon receipt of returned goods in a completely resalable condition. In order to receive an exchange customer must contact us within 7 days of receipt of wrong item.

No refund will be granted for items lost in post until Buckles Express have received confirmation of the return from the courier.Customer may be requested to sign a ‘Denial of Receipt’ declaration byBuckles Express on behalf of the courier service. A refund or resend may not be issued until this is complete.

Items sent with Royal Mail will not be considered lost until 14 days have elapsed since dispatch. After this time a refund or resend will be issued if the customer has 

  • Contacted the local collections office
  • Checked with neighbours
  • Confirmed delivery address

Your delivery will be posted to the address provided at the time of order.

If you require the address on your order to be amended please contact us within 1 working day of your order and we will try our utmost to get this changed. Address changes after the point of order are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we are unable to refund items after a period of 30 days has elapsed.
